Scan2Lead is the central solution for digital lead management at trade fairs and events. You capture contacts directly at your stand by scanning badges or business cards, turning trade fair conversations into structured, qualified leads.
All data is available to you in real time and can be supplemented whilst you’re still in conversation – for example, with notes, ratings or customised questionnaires. You can then manage, analyse and export your leads centrally via the Scan2Lead PORTAL or transfer them directly to your CRM.
The result: a fully digital process – from the initial conversation right through to structured follow-up.
Data transfer is controlled and transparent. Visitors submit their contact details digitally, whilst exhibitors receive structured information for follow-up.

Once you’ve scanned a badge or a business card, the contact details are captured automatically. During the conversation, you can add further information such as notes or qualifications. All leads are then available centrally in the Scan2Lead PORTAL.
Scan2Lead offers various options for processing your leads. Contact details can be transferred to common CRM and marketing systems via export or through interfaces and connectors. Which integrations are available depends on your system environment and the chosen solution.
Scan2Lead is flexible – depending on the product variant, it can be used on smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android), mobile hand-held scanners or stationary scanner solutions. This allows you to choose the right solution for your specific needs.
The cost of Scan2Lead depends on the product variant selected (SMART, COLLECT or STATION) and the number of licences or devices required. You can find all available options and the current prices in the Online Order System (OOS) for your event. There, you can select and book the right solution directly.
Yes. Several team members can use Scan2Lead simultaneously. All captured leads are consolidated centrally in the Scan2Lead PORTAL and are available to the whole team. In addition, licences and users can be managed centrally.
Captured leads are usually available in the Scan2Lead PORTAL immediately after scanning. For solutions with an offline function, the data is automatically synchronised as soon as an internet connection is re-established. This allows you to process your leads quickly and initiate follow-up actions without delay.
